Exporting your products from other ecommerce platforms is a great way to speed up the onboarding process. 

Faire

If you are on Faire, you can download an export of your product data and images with the following steps:

1. Once logged in, click on 'products' from the left side task bar.
2. Then click 'export' which is located on the right side of the screen above the first product.
3. Share this product file with your Onboarder.

Shopify

Help Center

1. Sign in to your Shopify account.
2. From your Shopify admin, go to Products > All products.
3. Click Export.
4. From the dialog box, choose the products you want to export.
5. Select CSV or Excel file type.
6. Click Export products and save the file to your computer.
7. Share this product file with your Onboarder.

Etsy

Help Center

1. Sign in to your Etsy account.
2. Click the You, then click Shop Manager.
3. Click Settings.
4. Click Options.
5. Click Download Data.
6. Click Download CSV and save the file to your computer.
7. Share this product file with your Onboarder.

WooCommerce

Help Center

1. Sign in to your WooCommerce account.
2. Go to Products.
3. Select Export at the top.
4. Select to Export All Columns.
5. Select to Export All Products or select which product types to export by using the dropdown menu.
6. Select to Export All Categories or select which categories to export by using the dropdown menu.
7. Select Generate CSV and save the file to your computer.
8. Share this product file with your Onboarder.

Prestashop

Help Center

1. Sign in to your Prestashop Store Manager.
2. Click Catalog > Products.
3. On the righthand side of the page, select Export.
4. Export all products and all fields, including image URLs.
5. Save the file to your computer.
6. Share this product file with your Onboarder.

Wix

Help Center

1. Sign in to your Wix account.
2. Go to the Store Product tab in your site's dashboard.
3. Click the export icon in the top right or select specific products to export and click the export button.
4. Export the CSV and save the file to your computer.
5. Share this product file with your Onboarder.
