As a seller, correctly configuring your JuniperMarket shipping information provides the benefits of accurate shipping rates, reduced shipping rates, as well as, a more streamlined order processing experience.
⚠️ Please ensure you have configured your weight metric and populated weight for your product data.
To get started, login to JuniperMarket seller admin & click the Shipping tab , click the icon and follow the instructions below.
Section 1: Shipping Settings
There are 3 options to choose from
- Ship with Juniper (Recommended)
- Ship with your preferred carrier (Recommended)
- Ship on your own
Ship with Juniper (Recommended)
This shipping method allows you to connect to our Juniper shipping carrier accounts for FedEx, USPS or UPS resulting in access lower shipping costs for your buyers. At the top right, click icon to get started. On the left hand side, choose "Ship with Juniper". You will be able to select a carrier from the Select Carrier dropdown select box. Lastly, accept the agreement and continue with Section 2 & 3 below.

- USPS (Stamps.com): 40% off
- UPS: 55% off
Ship with your preferred carrier (recommended)
This shipping method allows you as a seller to use an already-established account with a provider that may give you better shipping rates. You will also have a streamlined order processing experience and not have to manually submit shipping invoices during our free shipping promotions. We currently integrate with UPS, USPS, Fedex and DHL Express.
On the left hand side, choose "Ship with your preferred carrier". Remember, click the icon in the top right to allow this to occur. You will be able to select from the Select Carrier dropdown select box. You can login and connect to your own account by filling out all of their account details. Lastly, accept the agreement and continue with Section 2 & 3 below.
Ship on your own
If you prefer not to integrate with Juniper or a preferred carrier, this option is for you. You will also need to manually submit any receipts for any of JuniperMarket's free shipping promotions that occur. By using this option, you acknowledge that by shipping on your own, you are responsible for manually inputting the shipping costs and tracking information for Buyers when you accept the order.
Section 2: Shipping Locations
For all options, finalize your shipping settings by ensuring, on the left hand side, you have selected the appropriate boxes for "Where will you ship from?" and "Which countries will you sell and ship to?".
Section 3: Packing & Handling Fees
Lastly, ensure you have populated any packing & handling fees. These will be added to the cost of each order.
Congrats! Click the Save button to finalize any configured shipping information or settings. You have now successfully set up your shipping info! 🎉
Last Note: Before you ever accept an order, please determine whether the items in that order can sent out as one shipment. If it needs to be sent as multiple shipments, you need to split that order into multiple shipments before accepting the order.
