Once an order has been approved, you can adjust an order by going to https://manage.junipermarket.com/

Once logged in using the left navigation click Order > then the Order ID and scroll down...you will see a link to Request an Order Adjustment. 

Populate this form with as much detail as possible and allow 3-5 days for the adjustment to take place.
