As a JuniperMarket seller, you need to set your Weight Unit setting in WebManager. This is the weight unit that will be used to calculate shipping. You can choose Pound, Ounce, Kilogram or Gram. If this is not set, the default will be Pound. For the best buyer experience, we encourage you to include weight data in your product data as buyers will get an accurate estimate of shipping before purchasing.
1. Configure The Weight Metric
- Open WebManager. Use your same login as JuniperMarket Seller Admin.
- Under Settings > Global Settings > Advanced, there is a setting for JuniperMarket Weight Unit.
