As a JuniperMarket seller, you need to set your Weight Unit setting in WebManager. This is the weight unit that will be used to calculate shipping. We encourage you to include weight data in your product data, otherwise the shipping calculations may not be accurate. You can choose Pound, Ounce, Kilogram or Gram. If this is not set, the default will be Pound.

  2. Under Settings > Global Settings > Advanced, there is a setting for JuniperMarket Weight Unit.
  3. Select the appropriate weight unit for use in the product detail page and that will be used for shipping calculations.
