As a Seller, how should I handle item return requests?

We know that often it is necessary for your customers to need to return items they have purchased from your JuniperMarket store.

Should a buyer want to return an item they purchased from you from JuniperMarket, the buyer should reach out to you directly to facilitate that transaction.

Returns must be handled outside of JuniperMarket.
