If you are using our "Ship with Juniper" or "Ship with your preferred carrier" feature on JuniperMarket, you must ensure that you have a two-letter state and country populated in WebManager Account Settings.
- Open WebManager. Use your same login as JuniperMarket Seller Admin.
- At the top left, notice the person icon, click it for the Account Settings modal to appear.
- Please ensure your state & country contain the two letter abbreviation. See below state & country two letter abbreviation list
- Once updated, click the Save Changes button.
- Congrats! You are all set to have optimized shipping settings! 🎉
